Duration: 6 month*
Interview:  face-to-face

Title:  Remedyforce Administrator – may consider a Salesforce Administrator
if we cannot find a Remedyforce Administrator

Maintains the Remedyforce help desk environment by identifying &
maintaining system requirements; testing and implementing system
modifications; monitoring system performance.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in Cloud Computing
• Salesforce Certified
 Development and/or Administrator certification preferred
• Familiar with Pentaho and Java Script
• ITIL Certification Preferred
• Knowledge and experience working with databases
• Previous help desk administration a plus
