*SALESFORCE APEX Developer New York, NY 6+ Months contract* We are seeking a topnotch APEX Developer with a very strong preference that they have a java background. An added plus would be someone with a SFDC implementation or two in their background. *RESPONSIBILITIES: *Play a key technical leadership role for a high growth information technology team. Work with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain a new Salesforce.com CRM solution. Role will entail architecture, design, development, system testing and User Acceptance Testing. Document technical requirements, architecture, design, deployment and integration of new Salesforce.com solution. Guide and mentor junior developers; communicate closely with development and technology teams. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks. Serve as integration and data migration expert during implementation phase of new Salesforce.com project. Develop resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff planning, supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives. Ensure on-time delivery of enhancements or modifications to ongoing production CRM Systems. *REQUIRED:* At least 8 years experience in systems development and integration experience with at least 4 years in a management role. 5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience. 3+ years development experience in a multi-tier environment, preferably using java. Success in at least one large Salesforce.com implementation/integration project. Experience leading effort to migrate large data volumes from legacy systems through a data re-duping, cleansing and standardization process into new systems using ETL tool sets such as Informatica, etc. MDM experience a plus. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
