Face 2 Face Interview MUST Skills Required The candidate must possess a strong technology background with excellent hands-on expert level knowledge of PRPC (Pega BPM). The candidate must have at least one Pega certification; Certified Lead System Architect is preferred. Other required skills are: Strong expertise in Core Java. Pega Certified Senior System Architect Experience in Web technologies like Servlets / JSP / Struts / Spring / Hibernate is Preferred. Working knowledge of Database with strong fundamentals in database designing. Ability to coordinate with multiple groups, both internal and external to the firm, including offshore development and QA teams, internal infrastructure groups and support teams.
