We are looking for Java Tech Lead at Columbus, OH, Ann Arbor, MI, Denver, CO, Newyork, Durham ,NC for a Contract To Hire As this is a CTH, prefer US Citizen, Newyork City, NJ *Job Description:* *Work Expectations/Duties* * * · Hands on coding and design using Java technologies** o Able to design and implement software systems using Java technologies** · Day to day coordination with an offshore team. ** o Prioritize work for the team.** o Collect updates and status of tasks on a daily basis** o Resolve blocking issues and technical clarifications** o Guide and mentor the offshore resources as required** o Provide clarifications on a daily basis** o Work with offshore development and QA teams.** · Day to day coordination with clients. ** o Validate requirements, scope and clarifications with the client o Report status and priorities to clients. ** o Build a close relationship with key client personnel.** o Resolve the offshore team’s technical and functional clarifications with the client.** o Problem solving with clients and team members.** o Setup and customize onsite-offshore delivery process (methodology) for the team (including development and QA teams)** · Other Duties** o Ensure streamlined communication between the client and the team.
