Role: Peoplesoft Time and Labor(Fin/HR Analyst)
Length – 6-12 months
Location – Smithfield, RI
Rate – OPEN

*Minimum qualifications include:*

   - Experience/ Expertise in PeopleSoft modules specifically North
   American Payroll and Time & Labor version 9.0 forward (tax updates, etc.
   preferred).
   - 3-5 years of experience with a combination of both HR information
   systems and one or more HR functions.
   - Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft
   query or other MI tools.
   - Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
   - Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to communicate
   with all levels within the organization.
   - Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle
   multiple tasks.
   - Ability to interact with and advise the business in a non-technical
   capacity.

*Responsibilities:*

   1. Provide consulting & business analysis support for requested changes
   or projects and support day-to-day items as needed in the payroll space.
   2. Manage functional requirements by documenting current processes,
   analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best
   solution using fit/gap analysis if needed.
   3. Develop functional specifications including process maps, functional
   design, data models and test plans for items requiring technical review and
   development.
   4. Act as a liaison between technical team and business areas. Liaise
   with the different teams including change management, training, etc. to
   ensure a seamless customer experience from request to post-deployment.
   5. Conduct/Co-ordinate the various testing cycles such as systems
   integration, user acceptance, etc.
   6. Identify continuous improvements/alternative solutions and make
   recommendations that are operationally and technically feasible whilst
   understanding the risks and impact of the requirements.
