During the second week the employee will be responsible for finding defects in code and applying solutions to the problems. By the third week they will be fully engaged and working on feature development for the back-end of this clients core application. This employee will be working in a small team (2-3 people) and will be responsible for developing and designing new features to the back end of this clients application.
