*Required Skills:* Install, configure, upgrade and perform troubleshooting of the network security infrastructure Develop and install cost effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex requirements. Provides technical support for new application design and supporting infrastructure. Provides technical support for network security infrastructure. Provides clear technical documentation and written procedures to ensure other members of the support organization can assist in monitoring and troubleshooting these complex environments. Experience with Network Security, IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, Content Filtering and Firewalls Builds relationships with technical staff members and with internal stakeholders. Provides technical assistance to internal/external customers during network outages. Maintains familiarity with client base and the network resources being utilized by customers. Uses this information to assist in resolving network issues or troubleshooting network outages or impairments. Participates in small to medium scale systems projects of moderate visibility and complexity. Perform weekly and monthly network maintenance activity when required.
