Work with business stakeholders and units to understand business needs and analyze complex business requirements . Design data models (Universe) requirement, report requirement (Webi), data access and system security requirement. . Provide reporting solutions using SAP Business Objects tool set, develop and maintain universes, WEBI reports and Xcelsius dashboards. . Develop unit testing plans and conduct unit test. Perform ad-hoc, and standard testing as needed. . Provide input to peers, management and customers for recommendations and alternate solutions and/or improvements. . Provide Business Objects infrastructure system administration and support. . Actively work with Agile team to complete stories, including some SSIS ETL development.
