Responsibilities:
Northern trust is looking for someone with implmentation experience, with a
focus on minimal impact on users. The interview discussed her expereince
levereging implemntations and her application regression testing. The key
here is user expereince within an implementation. The central "hub" is
evaluating the entire process, through multiple business layers. These
layers have "leaks" or issues that need to be analyzed and resolved. The
project is time sensitive and has several loose ends that need to be tied
up and rolled into the proper implentation of this new solution
Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses
versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and
recommends contingency plans Manages the development of the technical
strategy
Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of
issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change
control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions Contract to
start end of July through Oct but very strong possibility to extend into
2014
They are moving from Lotus Notes to Outlook. The PM does not have to have
specific LN-Outlook migration exp but it would be helpful. This PM will
need to partner with the IT Lead who is rolling this project to internal
employees. Not a technical PM. Candidate will have to have patience, solid
communication, helping the documentation process, change requests, must
have strong end to end PM ability.
Looking at sending someone with no more than 15 total years of exp.
