Job Title: Production Support Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6 month Contract Client: UCare Project Overview: This is a production support Systems Analyst/ Developer. Production Support Analyst will handle Incidents and Small service request changes to the UCare Ancillary applications developed in the MS Windows environment. Responsibilities: Analyze the healthcare data, which includes enrollment, claims processing, and downstream applications. Interact extensively with the production support team and Information Systems team. Focus on production systems analyst support. Work independently and with others in a team environment. Communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. Provide 24/7 on-call support, rotating on-call duty with the team. Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Production Support Analyst. Experience with .NET and SQL Server development. Understanding of the SQL Server environment, stored procedures, and SQL. Computer hardware and software skills, including PCs, third-party applications software, and network file transfer software. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment. Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
