Also, vendor will transfer knowledge and the train Senior Applications Analyst to maintain the rewrite of DMS. *DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:* Consultant will lead new initiative to rewrite the Docket Management System (DMS) from ColdFusion Version 10 to .NET Framework 4.0 or higher. The consultant will be responsible for transferring knowledge and training the clients’s Senior Applications Analyst. Thus, the vendor will not only rewrite the DMS in .NET Framework but will also operate in knowledge transfer mode and training. The vendor must be available to work in the clients’s offices, when transferring knowledge and providing training to the Senior Applications Analyst. Upon completion of the rewrite of DMS, the Senior Applications Analyst will be able to update and maintain the Commission’s DMS independent of assistance from the vendor.
