*BS/BA in Computer Science or related science or engineering field.
3-7 years of software development experience. 2 + years of Java
Development.
Solid experience and fluency in Unix or Linux.
Experience with an MVC framework (Struts, Spring).
The ability to configure/manage development environment (HTTP Server,
Application Server).
Solid knowledge of SQL and database design.
Experience working on high availability, transactional applications.
Strong written verbal communication skills, including the ability to
communicate technical information to business users.
The ability and willingness to proactively interact creatively and achieve
results in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to successfully manage multiple priorities
effectively and efficiently.
