Role:  Business Analyst with Sales and Customer Service

Looking for a candidate that has Sales capacity with direct customer
interaction

*Scope of Work:*

   1. Follow up on IronPort (web & email content security) software and
   hardware license renewals through Salesforce.com reports and Cisco’s
   quoting tools (CSCC & CCW).
   2. Maintain Salesforce.com tool, create quotes in CSCC system and apply
   price parity to new bundle pricing.
   3. Collaborate with Cisco sales teams and resellers/partners to help
   drive upsell/cross-sell multi-year renewals (talk to customers on
   occasion), while providing support that enhances the sales experience for
   all involved.
   4. Understand and communicate Cisco’s value proposition and unique
   selling points to convert a la carte licenses into bundle renewals.
   5. Targeted number of transaction will vary but typically will be
   approximately 200 transactions per quarter (3 months).
   6. Report via email specifying number of transactions achieved each
   quarter.
