Understanding of object-oriented software design patterns, good debugging skills on SDK tools and Interface builder and work on technical requirements. Work closely with functional user groups, business analysts, vendor support staff, and managers to provide timely, cost-effective business solutions. Skill Description: Smart Device Exposure(L2) Able to design a Win CE/Win Mobile based device from scratch. J2ME (L4)-Architect: Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area for a given problem statement in a J2ME project. Should be able to design and architect, implement in an optimized way a full fledged J2ME applications. Experience on development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. Experience on handset Smart Client product suite used by leading wireless telecom carriers. Mobile Application Architecture(L1)- Experience in one or more of the platforms J2ME, J2EE, .Net, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, GIS, etc. Experience in one or more of GPS, Control, Roaming, LBS, PIM, SyncML, SIP, RTP, RTCP, SQL, ESRI tools, Mobile Device Management. Experience on organizing and setting up the GUI generation. Good understanding of enterprise mobile solutions, consumer mobile solutions & respective frameworks. Efficiently and effectively diagnose and troubleshoot problems during the development cycle. Good knowledge and understanding of Mobile Data Synchronization, Mobile Data Security, WAP enablement, Mobile Device Management. Experience on event handling and able to debug/review the code developed by junior level resources. Exposure to N-tier e-Business applications. Must have participated in at least 3 mobile projects as tech lead & provide technical solutions.
