Please find the below job description, if interested send me your updated profile ASAP*.* *Position: Product Analyst-(Business Analyst)* *Location: Conshohocken/Blue Bell , PA* *Duration: Long term * *Product Analyst-(Business Analyst)* The Product Analyst BA is responsible for eliciting and documenting product requirements for software applications. Works with customers, business users, development, quality assurance, professional services, and customer support to identify, evaluate, and document functionality requirements which meets business needs; Must be able to excel in a fast paced, flexible environment while interfacing with several distinct groups; Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. *Business Experience * · 3-5 years in a Requirements Analyst/technical product management role or similar experience with the above responsibilities. · Experience writing need based use cases. · Experience working with cloud based solutions is a plus · Experience working with MS Visio & MS Project · Experience writing with UML (e.g., use case step diagrams/activity diagrams, etc.) · Experience leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. · Experience with Borland CaliberRM, JIRA, Trac or other requirements management system is a plus. · Experience with the healthcare industry is a plus · Experience with HL7 is a plus · Experience designing surveys to elicit feedback from software end users is a plus · Experience performing usability testing on software products is a plus · Experience designing and delivering training for software applications is a plus. *Additional Specialized Knowledge/Skills* · Ability to write clearly for technical and non-technical audiences · Ability to present information, analysis, ideas, and positions in writing in a clear, concise manner · Ability to communicate verbally in a clear manner to technical and nontechnical audiences · Ability to build working relationships with team members, internal and external customers and business users · Ability to lead JAD sessions for cross functional teams · Ability to manage multiple projects as once · Ability to lead a cross functional team to consensus, solve problems and accomplish tasks Thanks Surendra Tummalacherla Palni Inc 1901 North Roselle Road, Suite: 800, Schaumburg, IL 60195 Direct : 214-628-0129 Fax: 847 890 6394 Email Id: suren...@palniinc.com www.palniinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
