·         *Provide IT strategic business management support services for a
major PeopleSoft initiative.*

·         *Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with senior level
business and IT Stakeholders.*

* *

·         *Assist in development of enterprise application architecture
vision and plan that fits into the overall PeopleSoft environment.*



·         Assist and support the IT strategic planning process.



·         Develop architecture and standards governance framework to
re-align existing platforms and standards with the overall ERP architecture.

*Required :*



·         *15+ years of progressive overall Information Technology
experience.*

* *

·         *Experience in complex Government/Public Sector organizations.*

* *

·         *5-7 years of prior experience working as a business analyst,
preferably for or within a New York City government agency or other city
government organizations.*



·         Needs to be able to coach junior team members in technique and
process and ensure the level quality from these team members.



·         Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Project.



·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills (may be asked
to produce a sample of deliverables from prior work).
