*Description* * \* This contract is for a computer programmer/consultant to develop and modify high level xPression/Word templates in the Division's new eLicensing system, coordinate and implement changes to the two public facing websites eGovernment and Verification requiring basic JAVA and HTML languages, create new more complicated Crystal reports and possibly complicated queries in SQL , run daily lockbox function to process transmission files from the bank and investigate and resolve problems, create new forms, assist in resolving problems, answer help desk inquiries from Division staff and the public, coordinate and resolve issue of system security maintenance, and assist the System Administrator during deployment of the Division's new eLicensing system. The contractor is responsible for application systems analysis and programming activities for the eLicensing project, and/or several smaller projects.
