The technical writer will be a member of the Global Solutions project team, working on the documentation of the Global Hub technology platform. This is a new platform, with no existing documentation, so the technical writer would benefit from knowledge of existing UHG documentation standards. Working with the CIO and the Platform Owner for the Global Hub, the Technical Writer will develop the initial round of documentation that will be extended further as the project team grows in the early part of 2010. The documentation set being developed will be used to feed the development effort, which will largely take place offshore in India. As a result, there is a strong reliance being placed on clear, precise documentation.
