*Position Summary:
*Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, documentation and
maintenance of new and existing custom and business applications.
*Essential Functions: *
· *
* Analyze, code, test and implement software programs and applications.
· Respond to and assist with troubleshooting Production application
system and/or server problems;
· make necessary corrections and/or modification for resolution of
issues
Communicate directly with the business users (in person and/or in writing)
throughout project and support activities, as appropriate .
· Document system procedures and guidelines for department and/or
users. Produce technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
*Other Job Duties:*
· Assist with support, installation and upgrade of current software
and hardware
Participate in project initiation meetings such as requirements gathering.
· Develop estimates to assist in formulating project plans
Perform other tasks as assigned
*Job Requirements:
*
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT discipline
· 7+ years experience
· In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies Extensive skills in
troubleshooting using a range of technical skills and knowledge.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server and other similar technologies.
· Collaborate with other application development groups within the
Development/Business organization on interrelated projects.
Liase with users on project or support inquiries.
· Good communication skills including the ability to chair meetings,
make presentations and to communicate complex technical detail using simple
and clear language.
· Ability to respond rapidly to changing business requirements, to
multi-task and to move easily between projects
