*Duration: 5 Months Contract*

*Responsibilities:*

• Collect and analyze project business requirements for RICEF objects
through interviews, requirement workshops, business process descriptions,
business use case scenarios

• Critically evaluate requirements and reconcile conflicts to develop RICEF
object design

• Prepare accurate and detailed Functional Design Specifications for use by
LoB and Time Warner development teams

• Collaborate with LoB and TW teams during development of the objects

• Develop test scripts for RICEF objects

• Coordinate testing of RICEF objects amongst multiple teams (LoB and Time
Warner)

• Document test results, complete validation and obtain sign-offs

• Prepare various MRLS deliverables and coordinate required reviews and
obtain final approvals

• 2+ years of experience working with RICEF Objects

• Strong understanding of the RICEF development lifecycle

• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of
how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application
requirements

• Experience with HR/Payroll systems preferred





*Sr. Business Analyst – Data Conversion*

*Responsibilities:*

• Work with the business unit, Time Warner, and WPR Support to collect and
analyze data conversion requirements and templates

• Develop Data Conversion Scope and Processes to align with the TW process.
Coordinate required reviews and obtain final approvals.

• Coordinate the data conversion process amongst LoB, business and other MIS
teams applicable teams to extract and cleanse data and provide to TW in the
received templates. After the load has been completed, prepare validation
packages and obtain Business Signoff.

• Ensure proper controls are adhered to throughout data conversion process

• Prepare various MRLS deliverables and coordinate required reviews and
obtain final approvals

• Three to five years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of data conversion processes and controls as well as
HR/Payroll processes

• 2+ years of experience with Workday or other HR / Payroll systems





*Legacy Mainframe System Lead*

*Location: CA*

*Duration: 5 Months Contract*

*Responsibilities:*

• Coordinate with legacy payroll support team and project mainframe
developers to complete a variety of project activities including data
extractions for conversions and archiving, and legacy system retirement

• Review System Retirement Plan and Data Conversion Scope and requirements

• Execute the dual system co-existence strategy, final system retirement
plan, and data archiving plan amongst project mainframe developers and
legacy payroll support team

• Report status of legacy mainframe system project activities to PMO

• Complete required reviews and approvals of MRLS deliverables related to
the legacy system retirement"

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in the areas of development, system
retirement and data archiving

• Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle

• 3+ years of experience with Workday or other HR / Payroll systems

project.

*Skills:* The following skills are recommended to fulfill the Project

resource management, and procurement risk analysis, dependencies, and
decision analysis skills presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
experience in Project Management leadership and team building capabilities
