External description : Defining the final requirements for the vendor POC
Preparing the POC requirements specs to be distributed to the vendors
Preparing the POC procedures and guidelines for conducting the POC Vendor
research and preliminary elimination of vendors Preparing the final vendor
candidates list and correspondence to the final vendors Assist in the
preliminary vendor meetings to determine vendor needs for a POC. Assist in
obtaining logistics from client to fulfill vendor POC needs. Example:
network access, server access, security, etc. Coordinating with vendors and
client for the schedule, attendees, and actual POC run Preparing the
criteria for the bake off score card. Gathering results of each POC and

*Responsibilities:*

• Collect and analyze project business requirements for RICEF objects
through interviews, requirement workshops, business process descriptions,

• Critically evaluate requirements and reconcile conflicts to develop RICEF
object design

• Prepare accurate and detailed Functional Design Specifications for use by
LoB and Time Warner development teams

• Collaborate with LoB and TW teams during development of the objects

• Develop test scripts for RICEF objects

• Coordinate testing of RICEF objects amongst multiple teams (LoB and Time
Warner)

• Document test results, complete validation and obtain sign-offs

• Prepare various MRLS deliverables and coordinate required reviews and
obtain final approvals

• 2+ years of experience working with RICEF Objects

• Strong understanding of the RICEF development lifecycle

*Position: Sr. Business Analyst – Data Conversion*

*Location: CA*

*Duration: 5 Months Contract*

*Responsibilities:*

• Work with the business unit, Time Warner, and WPR Support to collect and
analyze data conversion requirements and templates

• Develop Data Conversion Scope and Processes to align with the TW process.
Coordinate required reviews and obtain final approvals.

• Coordinate the data conversion process amongst LoB, business and other MIS
teams applicable teams to extract and cleanse data and provide to TW in the
received templates. After the load has been completed, prepare validation
packages and obtain Business Signoff.

• Ensure proper controls are adhered to throughout data conversion process

• Prepare various MRLS deliverables and coordinate required reviews and
obtain final approvals

• Three to five years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of data conversion processes and controls as well as
HR/Payroll processes

• 2+ years of experience with Workday or other HR / Payroll systems
