This includes extensive knowledge of the HL7 standards for CDA R2 Documents to include C-32, C-48, and HL7 MDM, the Document Exchange Outbound Interface, and the configuration/ setup for the Care Summary (CSY) application that will be used for C11 and C12 measures. It is also desired the person have experience in working with Health Information Exchange initiatives and understand the requirements for meaningful use measures.
