Expert level SQL skills to perform installation, configuration,
administration back-up, restoration, disaster recovery, and development.
The majority of the work (60%) is DBA related but 40% is development
with an emphasis on SSRS and SSIS on SQL 2005 and 2008.

3-5+ years of DBA experience on multiple servers
SQL 2005-2008

Good communication skills, able to work with limited direction
and communicate effectively with team members.
