Individual must have a strong background working as QA/Test Lead. . Develops and finalizes the Test Plans and obtained approval from the Test Manager. . Creates Test Cases / Scripts and uploads them into Quality Center . Updates the Requirement Traceability Matrix and reviews it with the TCoE Test Manager. . Updates the Test Data template and reviews it with the TCoE Test Manager. . Assists with execution of test cases within Quality Center . Logs defects within Quality Center for any test results where actual results differ from expected results . Performs re-testing to validate fixes for defects logs . Performs regression testing to ensure fixes have not negatively impacted the overall solution . The Test Lead assists the Test Manager as needed in defect triage meetings and status reporting . Assists the Test Manager on coordination efforts with the business team during the UAT testing process . Participates in production validation (PVT) testing and may be involved in testing any changes in pre-production environments where changes are identified as a result of PVT testing .
