Techniques to elicit the requirements will include workshops, backlog grooming, user story writing, use cases and other methods appropriate to support the development efforts. · Proven experience managing and mentoring other business analysts. · Experience in multiple methods of requirements elicitation and collection. · Exceptionally strong analytical and communication skills to facilitate the elicitation of user requirements, challenge preconceived concepts and propose alternative solutions, while maintaining strong relationships. · Strong skills in user experience design work, proven by creation and use of early UI prototyping, low fidelity designs, and user interaction flows. · Proven ability to work with and design functionality that supports complex calculations. Statistical analysis experience, a plus. · Proven ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment · Understanding of process-flow in a business environment. · Experience in business process modeling and analysis. · Excellent working knowledge of systems design and architecture. · Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft ASP & .Net Technologies, and Microsoft Visio. · Demonstrated project management skills.
