The roles of this person would be to analyze the functional changes to these modules and then working with business help determine either how to modify business process to accept new functionality or modify the functionality. Additional skill sets and experience required for this role include: thorough understanding of Extraction, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, understanding of the logical database design process, data modeling and data-mart design and understanding of OLAP compared to OLTP systems.
