The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity. No travel is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience working on public-facing web applications and understand the security and scalability issues of such applications. This position will not require paired programming skills . This position is being created specifically to create/build UI for features which do not require deep integration with our Flex UI components. Therefore, we hope to build these features using HTML5/AJAX technology. As such, deep HTML knowledge and background along with User Experience skills are very important. We are looking for someone who can create a seamless look and feel between this new UI and the current Flex client UI, such that users will not experience these features as different from the rest of the application. The following requirements are mandatory. Required Skills: . jQuery . CSS2 (CSS3 preferred) . HTML4 (with HTML5 preferred) . JavaScript . XML or JSON, preferably both In addition, the candidate will also design and create server-side support logic using the following (nice to have): . SOAP-based web services .
