*Business Analyst with Supply Chain, SRM & SAP (3 positions)* *12 to 15 month contracts * * * Notes from Manager: *Must have skills: Supply Chain, SRM5x with Extended Classic, SAP MDM, and Service Master Experience* *The person must be Analytical, comfortable in front of the business, Problem Solver and have excellent communication skills* Focus on enabling improved supply chain decisions across the enterprise. Work closely with Managers and Directors to evaluate current business operations and supply markets to drive value. This position provides a wide breadth of management science, business application expertise and project direction in executing special studies, projects and analysis, including specialized operational and reporting applications in support of business unit strategic direction. Responsibilities include execution of analytical tasks, as well as interpreting data to provide executive recommendations and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Drive various team efforts to define as part of an overall deployment plan and category strategy the use of Service Masters to enable and streamline spend analytics • Provides analytical support for new proposals, projects and quality initiatives • Gathers and interprets supply market data to develop recommendations • Uses qualitative and analytical methods to enhance or develop supply chain processes • Support informed decision making within the business units • Coordinate with other business units regarding initiatives • Develop standards for dealing with ad hoc reporting and ensure compliance throughout the user community. • Recommend and communicate sourcing strategy, progress and results to supervision and Integrated Supply Chain management. • Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers; conduct industry analysis and evaluate supplier performance. • Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines, legal and environmental regulations. • Varied and complex activities including frequent cross/multi-functional interactions under minimal or no supervision of Manager. Requirements: • Deep acumen in supply chain processes, supplier collaboration with focus on Service Management from bid to invoicing. • Agile personality, can do attitude, results driven and excellent communication skills are a must. • Advanced planning, process development and time management skills • Advanced in project/team leadership • Advanced in utilization of financial and supply chain software applications • Advanced ability in report/presentation preparations • 5 - 8 years related experience required • Advanced in utilization of quality tools & techniques • Advanced in effective written and verbal communications • Advanced in data warehousing functions • Expert in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite • Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills required. • Bachelor of Science degree desired • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Equivalent preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP FI/CO FUNCTIONAL" group.
