Role Description: see below for more details

Open Positions: 6 total (3 junior level - 3 mid level)

Bill Rates:
*Junior level ($45) 3 to 5 years experience (must not go over bill rate
with listed experience) - 3 positions ¬
Mid level ($52) 6 to 7 years experience (must not go over bill rate with
listed experience) - 3 positions*

Role Responsibilities:
Workflow Issues: restart workflows, reset data fields, fix validation
rules, etc.
Resolve data-related issues via script pushes, change data field values,
restart job, etc.
Resolve functional issue via code fix (with approval from T3).
Reporting: resolve errors and failures, Ad-hoc data extract requests,
report design/development.
Login issues (account lockout reset, password reset, etc.).

Required Skills:
Knowledge of APEX classes, VisualForce, Salesforce Architecture and
Security.
Experience with SFDC application Unit Testing.
Working knowledge of code check in and code review.
Excellent communication and customer-facing support experience.
Solid knowledge of business process analysis as it relates to SFDC App
support.
Highly preferred if candidates are SFDC Certified, Dev or Admin.
