Define requirements and specs for solutions. Work with other technical team members to implement the solution. Strong written and oral communication skills Required Skills & Experience: Thorough knowledge of XML, DTD, DOM, and Xpath Object-oriented programming and Windows programming skills. Experience with source control systems, content management systems, and workflow. Some experience with XSLT Desired Skills: * Experience with the following technologies: PHP, Perl, Python, XHTML, AJAX, XSL:FO * Experience with authoring tools, XML tools, XSL rendering engines is a plus.
