Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team.
