Job Description: Client currently have an opening for a Software Engineer I to join our team. This position will work within a team setting to help create the next generation of tools and processes for Client’s products and services. Candidates should have proven knowledge and experience with new technologies and programming techniques including C#, .NET, SQL Server and WPF and/or WCF. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies which have helped make Client one of the industry’s leading legal technology and data recovery companies. Basic Qualifications: Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that support our Legal Technologies business focused on DataMarts, Reporting, and Business Intelligence application Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions is critical Project management skills - ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at any given time Share their technical expertise by mentoring junior level team members Requirements: "Bachelor’s degree (BSEE, BSCS, BSCE) from a four-year college or university or equivalent "One to three years of Windows development using Microsoft .NET. "Experience with Microsoft WCF and/or WPF, data warehousing / datamarts, and business intelligence would be a plus "Strong Microsoft T-SQL (Stored procedure creation, debugging, optimization, and tuning) skills "Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycle as well as experience in quality assurance process "Detail oriented with a thorough and systematic approach to problem solving "Demonstrated ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment "Working knowledge of software product lifecycle and software business models "Motivated to learn and create new and efficient processes and technologies Behaviour Characteristics: •Highly motivated & willing to learn new technologies •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, & technical design skills •Excellent oral and written communication & interpersonal skills Please complete the following and send back with your updated resume.
