Job Title: Oracle Business Systems Analyst Job Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Duration: 6 month (Contract to hire) Pay Range: Open Job Description: The position supports and implements applications that are part of the Oracle Applications E-Business Suite (including Oracle Projects, Oracle Financials, and the entire Order to Cash Process) . Ensuring the user requirements are correctly defined and met is a challenging role. Our atmosphere is fast-paced and constantly rewarding as the Business Applications team supports and implements new software that improves the efficiency of business processes. Some experience with R12 Upgrade project(s) is preferred Develops and maintains relationship with the Finance, Accounting, HR and Operations user communities • Supports user community in the use of Oracle 11i Applications • Provides outstanding customer support to user community • Works with user community to implement new application functionality • Gathers requirements from user community and designs system enhancements • Writes requirements and design documentation as well as test scenarios • Tests software • Resolves system issues • Trains users • Follows defined Change Control Process • B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems, Business, Finance or Accounting • 3-5+ years applicable business or IT experience • Experience with Oracle Applications E-Business Suite (11i and R12) Knowledge of software development methodology or software development experience • R12 Upgrade experience is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Good analytical and problem solving skills Please complete the following and send back with your updated resume.
