Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Specifications and expected deliverables of this position:* The *COMET Training/Education Strategy Lead* is responsible for the design, development and execution of the global strategies, tactics and activities in support of the COMET initiative for the EMEAC training program. This person will serve as a vital member of the COMET Training Team and be a key consultant to the training team during the planning and execution of the training plan. This person will work under the direction of the COMET Global Training Lead and will work to ensure successful rollout of the COMET training program. Experience in development of strategies based on gathering and synthesizing plans from user requirements (i.e., Training Needs Analysis) for training execution activities as well as experience in successfully implementing those strategies (preferably in an International setting). Development of the delivery strategy will include identification, and implementation, of the approach for providing support, during both the implementation and long-term phase of the project. This includes creation of a strategy for all aspects of the rollout including calendaring process, registration, Train-The Trainer, materials management, customer satisfaction with the execution, facilities management, equipment management, reporting on key components (e.g., course completion and assessment completion rates) and full support by working with the country/site training leads who have ultimate responsibility for the execution of the program. Experience in supporting *LMS activities using MELS, TIS and Manager Access*, or similar Learning Management Systems is also a requirement of this position.
