If yes, please send their updated resume ASAP. * * *Role: System Software Programmers** **(The Natural programmer).*** *Location: Columbia, SC.* *Duration: 12 months.* * * *NOTE: This requirement might need F2F Interview.* *Job Description:* The CFS Project is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and obtaining federal certification of a Child Support Enforcement System (CSES) that will provide comprehensive support to the operation of South Carolina’s Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program and for developing, implementing, maintaining, and providing comprehensive support to the operation of the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) for the 46 Clerks of Court. In the Family Support Act of 1988 (FSA-88), Congress required states receiving federal funds for child support programs (programs operating under Title IV Part D of the Social Security Act (IV-D)) to develop and implement a statewide, automated child support enforcement system. To comply with this mandate, the Department of Social Services obtained EDS Corporation to develop these two systems. As a part of this effort, DSS is seeking a candidate to assist with producing extract programs and reports required to extract data from the legacy Adabas database. The Natural programmer will be responsible for using coding specifications and the Natural programming language to produce extract programs and reports required to extract data from an Adabas database. Candidate must have a minimum of four years of Natural coding experience. Candidate will be required to participate in quality assurance activities to include code reviews with other analysts. Candidate will be required to produce/update documentation related to the extract/report programs. Candidate will be required to participate in testing activities to verify program results. Knowledge of SharePoint, JCL and TSO is a plus, but not required. Some overtime may be required to meet project deadlines. All hours worked will be paid at the standard rate, no overtime rate will apply. Timesheets will be submitted weekly.
