Robust experience development/coding experience in Adobe Flex for RIA (Rich Internet Applications) 3. Experience development/coding experience in Java/J2EE 4. Experience in an Agile Software Development environment using Agile methods (Scrum, Extreme programming/XP) 5. Understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts is essential 6. Experience with Design Patterns 7. Experience with Eclipse IDE and Flex Builder 8. Experience in unit testing with JUNIT (FlexUnit a huge plus) 9. Experience with the static analysis tool Find Bugs (or similar) a plus 10. Experience with ECL Emma or Emma for code coverage a plus 11. Experience with Quality Center (QC) and Quick Test Pro (QTP) 12. Experience with the Quick Test Pro (QTP) plug-in for Flex a huge plus 13. Ability to function independently with little oversight 14.
