Blade Center H (with Cisco Gigabit fiber network modules) & Blade server JS21 X series 3755 2. DS8300 San Storage 3. NAS gateways 4. Total Storage SAN switches 5. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS 6. Veritas Cluster Server Use customer-provided tools and processes. SLAs with penalties for 30 minute response and 99.999% availability 7 X 24. Resource must be LOCAL to the Dallas area, 15 minutes from Airport.
