Client is implementing a Business Intelligence (BI) program to improve scorecard, dashboard and analysis capabilities.* *Requirements: * *1.** *Must have 3-5+ yrs exp of Functional BI Architecture experience focused on the following:** · Establishing the interview approach and coordinate the interviewing process · Interviewing & identify user requirements · Review existing documents that may contain requirements or background information · Document requirements, assist in clarifying discrepancies in requirements and assist in obtaining appropriate approvals · Conduct business review sessions with Teams to validate development to date and gather feedback for iterative improvement · Review and approve data models and business metadata definitions · Create and validate source to target mappings · Conduct source data profiling activities and incorporate results into requirements documentation 2. Assist in developing a communication and training plan, including training and communication materials that ensures the proper intersection points of project deliverables, deployment, and roll-out to the Markets 3. Requires strong decision making, organizational, planning and problem solving skills. 4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator (sales oriented in approach). 6.
