Rate: 55/hr *Candidate MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING/ ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:* *How many years prototyping/configuring in OIM?* *How many years prototyping/configuring in ORM?* *Example of each would approach quantifying/resolving a gap in the OIM/ORM software for an Intel Business group* *OIM/ORM experience, which is a must.* * *** *Daily Responsibilities:*** As an experienced System Analyst on the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team in IT, you will be responsible for driving robust business transformations and influencing stakeholders toward standard, off-the-shelf EIAM solutions that develop deliver value to Intel. Potential for higher grade SA to fill a leadership role or lead other analysts on multiple, con current releases. *Necessary Skills (Must Have):*** . Strong understanding of SDLC-concepts and have a good understanding of how to develop "optimal" designs using COTS (commercial off-the-shelf solution) . Ability to provide effort estimates for all SA-related tasks . and ensure completion of SA-owned tasks tracked in the Gantt . Have demonstrated experience (2+ years) leading and executing design activities with stakeholders including: o Completing fit/gap analyses/design activities for 1 or more releases from early engagement to project implementation o Developing use cases and documenting functional / non-functional specifications o Leading solution alternate analyses for gaps with native software . and ensuring stakeholder alignment on recommended actions o Facilitating demos and/or design reviews with stakeholders o Prototyping/configuring in Oracle Identity Manager and Role Manager software o Developing functional / technical design spec ifications for custom elements o Completing Configuration Guides and test traceability matrices o Working with Test Lead to develop test cases for configurable items o Executing, troubleshooting and debugging technical issues o Completing end user training o Completing stabilization and KTBR transition activities . Ability to prioritize, and organize/balance workloads to complete multiple, simultaneous tasks both for self and others . Excellent analysis/problem solving skills, negotiation/influence skills and general knowledge of change control management processes required . Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and self-management . Able to work in dynamic test / team environment . Excellent communication skills (verbal, written); be comfortable summarizing/presenting data to various audiences * *** *Tools:* A Systems Analyst is expected to be proficient in the use of the following tools: . Collaboration Tools (SharePoint, Live Meeting, Office Communicator) . Development Applications (Java, Oracle) . Business Process Requirements (Visio Professional, PLC/CMMI Requirements) .
