Required Skills: Looking for someone who can interact and work directly with the clients (soft skills and presentation skills are very very important) In need of someone who can come in and hit the ground running (as a developer...they already have an architect) We are on version 8.3 and are migrating to 8.4. Must have experience with the Cognos 8 series. Must be fully skilled in the following: Tranformer - they will be expected to be able to build and maintain PowerPlay cubes. Ability to develop with powerplay client and Analysis Studio. Framework Manager - build and maintain Cognos packages. Must have strong understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts. Report Studio report development skills - must be able to build complex reports as we have requirements for a set of Dashboard reports for Exectuive Management Must have strong SQL writing skills so they can troubleshoot data issues. Excellent communication and written skills Skilled in methodology of functioanal and technical requirements, documentation and review.
