Skill Requirements (a) Sr. Level Services Management Lead Architect Experience with Services Management and System Management frameworks. Experience with ITIL process integration. Experience with specific vendor products including HP Openview, IBM Maximo, is desired. Experience conducting process gap analysis and developing report providing analysis and recommendations to fill the gap. Experience mapping non functional requirements to tools. (b) Sr. Level Tools Architect Experience with specific tools vendor products (list to be compiled). Experience with monitoring and event management capabilities. Familiar with ITIL concepts and associated tool support. More may be defined (c) Sr. Level Process Consultant Strong experience with ITIL process evaluations. Experience developing ITIL process flows and defining requirements for supporting tools. ITIL V3 Certification is a plus.
