This Business Systems Analyst must have Banking or Online Banking experience in their background. Any Capital One Bank previous experience is a true plus. If this individual understands statements then they are a slam dunk. He is looking for strong banking because this project is already in motion and this person needs to hit the ground running. Must have worked with Web Based applications. Agile methodoloy experience is not mandatory, but it is a huge plus as well - they are currently following the Agile Methodoloy process.
