Our provisioning environment is dynamic and demanding and requires an exceptional degree of dedication to achieve (end user) customer satisfaction by expeditiously and accurately fulfilling provisioning requests / resolving technical issues. Our department revolves around equal participation in managing an active ACD (Automated Call Distribution), shared mail box, request / problem queue and on-demand customer service. The major platforms we support are *Active Directory, Enterprise Directory and Lotus Notes*.
