Position Overview: Candidate will manage the IT audit based activities of the Internal Audit department in support of the annual internal audit plan. Activities include management of Internal Audit personnel and oversight of external consultants, performing and supporting IT based risk assessments, IT, finance and compliance based internal audit projects, managing ITGC SOX testing, etc. Develops and manages continuous monitoring tools designed to enhance the value of the Internal Audit function. Works with limited supervision, and has significant latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Will be required to travel as needed both domestically and internationally to accomplish departmental projects. As required, the candidate may partner with Director, Internal Audit & SVP, Audit to present a summary of audit findings to the audit committee of the Board of Directors.
