Position Description:
Experience Level: 4 year degree and 5+ years experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience Description: Provides technical
consultation and support associated with operating systems.
Job Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of distributed computing technical experience
with extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including but not
limited to Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft Internet Information
Server 5.0/ 6.0/ 7.0 & Windows Server 2008/3 Enterprise Edition and regular
edition
Must have advanced knowledge and demonstrated skill sets in VMWare ESX
Server version 3.5 or higher
Excellent troubleshooting skills for operating systems and hardware
support issues/problems
Strong understanding of active directory, security as it pertains to a
Microsoft based hardened OS environment, TCP IP networking, application
servers running in a transition zone (DMZ) and experience with Microsoft
systems installation, configuration and support required
Knowledge of firewall ports and network infrastructure security
important. Application server technology recovery experience preferred
Industry certifications preferred including current Microsoft Windows
2008/2003 MCSE certification and VCP-VMWare Certified Professional
preferred.
On-call after-hours support on evenings, nights and weekends required.

POSITION 2)
Job Title: Cobol Analyst/Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $45/hr
Local to CA with banking experience
Following are the details of the opportunity:
Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree and 7+ years
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Description: Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and
consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology,
tools and existing designs.
Provide Analysis, development (coding and unit testing), integration
testing, implementation activities for merger related projects. Provide some
production support on call support.
Platform and Skill Set Expertise:
Database Development : DB2 / UDB, Mainframe Development : CICS, Mainframe
Development : COBOL, Mainframe Development : Assembler, Mainframe
Development : VSAM, Mainframe Development : JCL, Analysis Skills : Business
