Will track and analyze business unit trends. Be the lead business analyst for help desk tickets and be the point of contact between the business unit and information technology group. Required Skills: Ø At least 3 years + experience in writing Business Request Documents. Ø 6 years + Experience in testing applications and excellent writing and communication skills. Ø Strong Insurance background--must understand terminology, and the full life cycle of producing a policy. Ø Knowledge of automated tools for test scripts is a plus.
