ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with customers and other project team members to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs. Participate in the development of systems requirements and design specifications; help refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design. Effectively communicate with customers and management throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed and resolved in a timely manner. Ensure accurate project status is always known and communicated. Provide technical support to customers and IT members to fully satisfy their needs. Assist customers in the preparation of user documentation and training materials. Assist project team with determining the appropriate technical platform (hardware and software) for new applications.
