Required Skills: 

IBM AIX, DB2, Web-sphere SME.

The client will be implementing a new production environment on Feb 12,
2010. Prior to the go-live, the client would like to conduct a Health Check
of their new IT environment prior to Go-Live and then focus on the total
production environment. 

The focus of the Health Check is to include but not limited to:   

.        IT architecture 

.        LDAP structure 

.        O/S setup and configuration 

.        Storage Configuration 

.        Performance 

.        Capacity 

.        IT operations (process) 


The production environment consists of:   
30 P6 Servers   
AIX 5.3 and 6.1 
DB2 v9 
Web sphere V6,V7 

The new IT environment is documented.  The documentation will be made
available to the Health Check Team. 

Deliverable: 
The required outcome of this assessment is a final report which would
include the infrastructure elements reviewed, observations, findings and
recommendations, and assistance with changes to configurations, etc.
