Silk Performer is a Performance Testing Tools which can be used to test the load behavior of an application. But this can also be used for functional ( Regression testing ) also. This tool is able to generate the script for the web based enterprise application. But the SilkPerformer will support with BDL (Benchmark Description Language).Candidate should have atleast 3 years of QUALITATIVE experience using Silk Performer and should be good with Scripts. They should be able to understand the application flow .*
