*Role: SAP SD CRM Consultant*

Duration: 4 Months

Location: BELLEVUE, WA

Bill Rates: $50(Incl) C2C



*Module Configurer level 4, ERP Support: Order to Cash (SAP SD and CRM) **
*
Analyze, plan, design and implement changes to SAP R/3 for projects,
enhancements and break fixes.

This position demands quick response in investigating, analyzing, validating
and resolving issues in a dynamic and complex SAP environment
Available to provide 24 x 7 support
Remedy tickets are monitored and issues are seen through to completion
within service level standards
Serves as the lead analyst and independently develops and implements problem
resolutions/solutions for complex and often difficult issues
All problem symptoms of the relevant system and/or application are
thoroughly documented
Participate in knowledge transfer for all new functionality that is released
into production
Provide *SAP technical guidance to team*
Perform *ERP system configuration*
Perform *Root Cause Analysis* and complete documentation Secondary Duties
and Responsibilities (i.e., less important and/or less frequently performed
duties & responsibilities):
Ensure total customer satisfaction
Document and/or review user requirements
Interface with end user community

Understanding of business processes being supported by ERP application
module
Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with assigned module and/or
functionality
Working knowledge of *ASAP methodology*
Co-ordination with business and third party cross application teams.
Co-ordinate with ABAP Development team to provide FSD/TSD for custom objects
in Order to Cash (O2C) work stream
Design custom solutions utilizing *ERP *standard functionality
Participate in Unit, Integration, Regression and Smoke testing on various
O2C Related issues and Enhancements.
Ability to understand and utilize Remedy tool to track the Bug fixing
tickets for production environments
Mater data maintenance on Business Partners, Products, CRM Product Catalog,
and Pricing
Production support or development experience in mySAP CRM CIC IC Web client
and Internet sales/E-Commerce
Experience in BDOC/IDOC Monitoring, Inbound and outbound queues monitoring
(tRFC and qRFC queues), error analysis and problem fixing
Understanding of SAP BASIS activities including transport processes and
procedures
Understanding of cross module integration points and demonstrated ability to
provide solutions across ERP modules
Understanding of ERP integration tools and ability to design solutions
utilizing these tools as point of entry for external applications
